Pool, Spa and Outdoor Space
Loved by all is the outdoor living space. Take advantage of the private conservation facing pool and bubbling spa (can be heated and turned into a hot tub*) and relax on the loungers or covered seating. soak in the Sun and view.
Laundry
There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels available.
Optional Additions.
A grill is available to rent. We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced, safe and clean grill to you with a full tank of propane. Any grills in the photographs are not included or prepared for rental. Please contact us to confirm the current size options and prices.
*Pool and Spa Heat
The pool and spa can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early Spring and during cooler weeks in Summer and if anyone would prefer the spa to operate as a hot tub.
Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F when activated. The actual water temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed. An achieved temperature of a maximum of 15 to 20 degrees above the ambient temperature is typical for the pool when pool heat is activated but could be lower during colder periods.
The pool heater runs for approximately 10-12 hours each day along with the pool pump/filter and will turn off overnight.
The spa and pool are interlinked, to heat the spa (when pool heat is activated), the guest can select the spa switch which will direct all heat to the spa.
Pool and Spa Heat Pricing
Pool Heating: Available on request for an additional charge ($35/day, minimum $175 for under 5 nights). Includes spa heating for a hot tub experience. Book fewer than 48 hours in advance and a $40 activation fee may be payable for a technician to attend and turn on).

This is self catered accommodation, upon arrival, you will find a complimentary initial startup of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
1 x roll of paper towels
1 x dish sponge
2 x dishwasher tablets
1 x small dish soap
1 x trash bag per bin
1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
Sachet of laundry soap
Small hand soaps in each bathroom
For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores locally. Including Walmart, Publix and Aldi)
In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund. Where credit card payment has been made, verification of card ownership is required.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

My favorite part of the home was open kitchen, dining room and living space. If I travel to this area again, I’d definitely book this same home.

I had to make a few reservation changes, and she was always available, responsive, and willing to work with us. The house was very clean and everything was easy to find. The kids loved the pool and game room, and the adults loved the hot tub! The kids loved the Star Wars themed room even more. I think the Epcot theme was well done and allowed the Disney magic to continue outside of the parks. The house is in a great location which is close to the parks for convenience, bur far enough away for privacy. All in all I couldn’t recommend this booking more highly.

by JacobFirst off: great location and very easy access to Disney. There was a nice Epcot theme, with each one of the main rooms representing one of the countries. The kids rooms had some Star Wars decor with memorable Disney touches. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The house was easy to find, and check in, was simple with the keypad. No problems. We were able to walk around the neighborhood. Other neighbors were friendly. They said hello. Most importantly we felt safe. The house was large and just what we needed to stretch out after traveling. It felt even more spacious than the pictures. We were traveling and didn’t have space for swimming suits, but the pool looked really nice. There was a good selection of kitchen utensils, and plenty of silverware to prepare snacks and simple meals. We all agree that we would stay again in the future.

The house was well stocked with the essentials but the best part were the extras- the Llama float, the treat basket on the counter, the mints in the candy dish and biscotti in the cookie jar! We would stay here again for sure!
