Is early check in available?
Want a head start on your vacation? An early check in may be possible, but depends on availability on the day of arrival. We can not guarantee an early check in until 24 hours prior to your arrival. Should your home be available for early check in, we offer two options depending on your destination and home size:
- 10:00 AM check in: from $75
- 2:00 PM check in: from $50
All prices excluding taxes and fees.
Can packages and mail be delivered to the home?
Our goal is for you to always feel at home. Therefore, you can absolutely receive packages at your vacation home. USPS does not deliver to vacation homes but typically UPS, Fedex and Amazon will all deliver to the home.
Please make sure that your packages are delivered during your stay and not before or after. We’d hate for your packages to get lost.
Please note that Shine Villas is not responsible for missing or lost packages. We are unable to hold or return packages that are delivered before or after your stay.
What's included in the vacation home?
We want you to be very comfortable during your stay. Therefore, feel free to bring whatever you wish. We do have all household articles covered. We always have all beds covered with clean linens along with quality pillows and blankets. Bathrooms are fully stocked with clean towels. We supply you with starter supplies of laundry and dishwasher detergent, as well as hand soap. There is a washer and dryer on the property, so feel free to launder freely.
What if we want to extend our stay?
Want to extend the relaxation? If your home is not booked, we would be happy to extend your stay with either additional hours, or additional days. Contact us 24 hours before checkout for availability. Extra charges and fees may apply.
Can we get tickets for Disney and Universal Studios through Shine Villas?
We are happy to assist you with tickets. Please visit the links below to purchase tickets to the parks and limited time shows.
