KITCHEN and DINING AREAS
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for preparing a quick snack to a full family meal. There is a dining table that seats 6 and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar area.
LAUNDRY AREA
A full size washer (with 2 sachets of laundry detergent) and dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
LIVING ROOM
There are three comfortable sofas which is perfect for watching the massive 60" TV! You can enjoy views of the pool area and access the pool area via the sliding doors.
LOFT
Beautiful seating area with 54" TV and PS4 Gaming station
PARKING
In driveway only. Home allows for two parking spaces.
POOL AREA
Popular by everyone is the outdoor area! The pool is great for getting sunshine ALL day long with privacy. Enjoy outside dining with a table that seats 6. There are 3 sun loungers, and additional beach chairs at the home.
* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40. Pool heat is recommended October - April.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F and Hot Tub set to 101, runs from 7am - 11pm, if purchased
* Please request pool heat at least 1 week prior to arrival.
Reunion Resort Amenities
This home in Reunion includes some amenities but not all. Specifically it does not include Golf or the Water Park.

* The Cove at Seven Eagles - Resort style pool, two hot tubs, outdoor showers, poolside dining at The Cove bar & grill, outdoor billiards, an arcade, fitness center and bocce ball courts. Open daily 7am - 11pm.

* Children's Playgrounds
* Fitness Center
* Gated Community with 24 hour gate attendant
* Outdoor recreation areas & miles of walking paths
* Access to several dining establishments - including a roof top restaurant!
* Children's activities provided by the Resort (please see their calendar for events)
* Boutique Spa & Salon - (prices vary dependent on the type of treatment you select)
* Bike Rentals (inquire at the Clubhouse for availability and rates)
* Golf Tee times can be booked for courses on-site subject to availability with last-minute deals often available within 7 days on golfnow .com. This is also a fantastic resource for many of the hundreds of championship standard courses in the local area – the Golf Capital of the World! Our favorites are the Greg Norman Designed ‘National’ and ‘International’ at ChampionsGate, less than a mile from Reunion. Play links style golf in tropical Central Florida – it’s a fun test!

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix - 1 mile, Aldi and Wal-mart - 3 miles)
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.
