The seating and dining area is level with the tranquil canals and this brings gorgeous reflections and a feeling of peace into this 5 star condo/suite. With outdoor seating, breakfasts in the sun and watching the birds on the water is all part of the experience here
A short hop to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orange County Convention Center, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Premium Outlets, Restaurants and Dining.
The community pool and facilities are as good as it gets in Orlando, Gym, heated pools, kids splash pad and play areas, lazy river and almost anything else you might want in Orlando.
This condo is an ideal base for a family and children with a safety rail between the sun trap that is the lanai and the water inlet that you can sit out in front of.
A couple's retreat in a premium space and the resort is often used by travelers looking to visit the nearby convention centre.
Being on the ground floor with no step access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice.

Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable TV, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going on your self catered trip.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse usage ( which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Are the pools heated year round?
Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!
What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM
ID is required to access the community.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

And the bed, for our taste, the mattress is too soft, but it's personal taste. Overall a great stay! We love the place! And the facilities around! I recommend it

by AngelaGreat spot, everything nice clean and spacious. Lovely master bathroom, to match the bedroom. Comfortable beds in both rooms. Nice patio, with a lake view. What you see from the pictures, is exactly what you get. That was a plus for me. To be an apartment complex noise level wasn't bad at all. You can only hear who walks pass the bedroom BUT it was no bother at all. No loud noise, no late noise.
Great location, walking distance to the water resorts if you don't mind walking. Driving distance near by Publix, Ross, Burlington, Five Below, etc this is important to me.
The beds are comfortable and the gated community is the best for families!

by PhilOli’s condo was great! Exactly as advertised. We were so pleased to rent this unit at a much lower cost than a single hotel room. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was modern, and quite large for a 2 BR unit. Multiple pools to relax by - we highly recommend the one closest to Oli’s unit. Although smaller than the main pool, it’s MUCH quieter and more laid back (unless high energy is your thing). Although we weren’t in town to visit the Mouse House, if we were it was obvious the unit was in a very central location to all the parks. Check-in/check-out instructions were clear and simple. We highly recommend Oli’s unit!
