Welcome to The Haven at Solterra Resort - a state of the art, gated Resort only 11 miles from Walt Disney World!

The home has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, has a South facing pool/spa (hot tub) with water
views. It is a short walk to the Clubhouse! The home is perfect for a large family or multiple families
vacationing together. There are two living areas so groups can enjoy different types of entertainment.

Child Friendly:

For the little ones, there is a Pack-n-Play (travel cot), highchair and umbrella stroller. You will also find
children's plates, cups and utensils.
* There is also a Play Station 3 games consul with games and the Games Room!

Dining Room:

As you enter this professionally decorated resort home, you will be greeted by the spacious open
concept entryway and dining room. The dining room has a large dining table that seats 8 and leads to
the kitchen.

Game Room:
This home also features a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, and Pub-Style seating.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a quick snack to a large meal. Overlooking the
breakfast bar with two bar stools is the spacious living room and a breakfast nook that seats 4.
Laundry Area
Washer (with two sachets of detergent to get you started), dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Room
Has two sofas, a large 60" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, sliding doors leading to the pool area.
Parking
There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars. If additional parking is required, you may park on the street
but please ensure you park within the newly painted white parking lines.
Pool Area
This home Features a large south facing Pool and Spa (Hot Tub). There are 4 loungers on the extended
patio area as well as an outdoor dining set for 6. There is a hand rail for the pool and the spa. Some of
our guests have mentioned the beautiful sand hill cranes and other exotic birds flying around in the
backyard!

The Retreat (Upstairs Living Room)
This second living space is perfect for relaxing. It has a large sectional couch and a massive 70" flat
screen TV, ceiling fan, and a Play Station 3 games console for your enjoyment!

Solterra Resort

***SOLTERRA RESORT TEMPORARY AMENITY UPDATE – FALL 2026***

Solterra Resort has announced scheduled refurbishment works to its community aquatic facilities. The community Lazy River is scheduled to close from September 8, 2026, with the resort pool and hot tub scheduled to close from September 22, 2026. The current schedule anticipates reopening at approximately December 14, 2026, subject to completion of the works, inspections and approvals.

The private pool at this home is completely unaffected.

The resort has advised that Café Sol, the fitness centre, sports courts and clubhouse services will remain available during the works, although there may be some construction activity around the clubhouse area.

The existing optional Solterra resort access charge is currently understood to remain applicable. We will update this information if the resort advises otherwise.

If use of the community aquatic facilities is particularly important to your stay, please contact us before booking.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x new dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list
above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.

The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.

Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly
amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area
are not able to rent this home.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, and early spring.

Pool heating is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night (plus tax). If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.

Pool heating should always be booked prior to arrival to avoid the need for a possible activation charge

Upon booking guests are required to provide:
- Identification in the form of Driver’s License
- ID selfie
- The names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property
- Signed rental agreement
We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All of these items must be
completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where
this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of
an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that
no parties are permitted at this home.

Really enjoyable and a great home!

Fantastic stay at Oli’s place. Easy to check-in and get parking pass for car. People seems to park everywhere blocking sidewalks etc. so warnings about being towed didn’t seem real. House was excellent with a ton of space for all. Pool great overlooking the lake and we saw an Alligator in it! Pool deck was a little dirty and pool was misty until cleaned and then crystal. Had to buy a baking sheet but all other items available. AC worked perfectly and resort felt safe with just a little music noise but ended before 9pm.

Great home. Loved the spa and it heated up great. Very clean and private as it overlooks the lake and on dead end block. Very comfortable beds and great water pressure on the shower heads. TVs were loaded with all entertainment options and fun game room for the kids. 2 living rooms was a plus for our large group.

We loved the property!

We loved the property and the post was very communicative. A few items that could be improved upon is the cleaning. 
There were different understandings on what a heated pool/hot tub is, but the host communicated with us about it very well. The pool lights did not work our whole trip so we weren’t comfortable using the pool at night.
Overall it was a good experience for us and all of our guests.

The villa was great, as were the resort facilities. We loved the pool, games room spacious rooms and its location away from other villas, next to the lake.
Disney/Universal etc are close but traffic can be heavy.
