This 3 bedroom getaway is the Surfstyle Margaritaville Cottage home of your family dreams.

Sitting outside overlooking the lake is what where you will find yourself drawn. Your decision is whether this will be with a coffee or a Margarita in hand!

Margaritaville Resort area is fewer than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal. Walk to Sunset Walk, an entertainment destination with dining and retail options, this Cottage is ‘in the mix’. There’s also a dine-in movie theater and a 14-acre H20 waterpark close by.

The Space: The full kitchen provides you with everything you will need, from stainless steel appliances, full size fridge, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker

Open plan to the dining and lounge areas.

There is outside access to the rear where you can enjoy the sun whilst overlooking the lake behind the cottage.

Half bathroom on this level.

Upstairs
Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are upstairs and have smart TVs.
1. The Surfstyle Suite. King Bedroom with water views. En Suite Bathroom with large walk in shower. Sleeps 2
2. Beach hut. Queen bedroom. Sleeps 2.
3. Steamboat. 2 x Twin Beds in Bunk Configuration.
Note this bedroom is accessed from the open loft area and does not have a separate door.

The Family Bathroom is also upstairs for use of guests in bedrooms 2 and 3.

This home is in the Margaritaville Hotel Resort area, but you will not have access to the Margaritaville Hotel and Resort swimming pools or resort amenities. With the 14 Acre H2o waterpark within walking distance and Disney around the corner, we don’t think you’ll mind one bit!

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Verification of payment card is also required where applicable. Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice.

This spot was the perfect-well worth it!

This spot was the perfect (close) distance to Disney parks & Disney Springs. 

We were celebrating a birthday weekend - Margaritaville is right down the road for any spa action you may want to sign up for, well worth it. 

We also enjoyed the activities happening around the town center area of Margaritaville—a car show, a fair, it felt like it was a “hopping” area. 

The townhouse is beautiful and super* clean, it had everything we needed for a few nights. 

The beds? Probably the best sleep I’ve had in a while!

We love staying in Margaritaville! A lot to do in close proximity. The house was cute, clean, well maintained. Communication with property manager was great! Timely and easy to understand responses. Would stay here again.

Oil’s Airbnb in Margaritaville was amazing. With just a short walk from Sunset Walk, it was perfect! The place was spotless and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was modern and spacious, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. I especially loved the peaceful setting near a small pond—it added a serene touch to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and ensured everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing getaway!

Tropical Vacation Feeling!

Margaritaville!!! I’ve ALWAYS wanted to stay there! Finally got to! It’s such a nice little/big resort! Little because it’s so cute, Big because… it’s a big resort!
But not only was Oli’s place beautiful and very clean… it’s in Margaritaville! Just a quick 5 minute drive or a nice walk to the many many restaurants and stores that sit right outside the resort!
The Place: Nice size rooms, comfy beds, beautiful kitchen, colorful walls! Just… TROPICAL VACATION FEELING!
The Host: Oli is very nice and responsive! Had absolutely no issues whatsoever! Very clear on any instructions given or needed!
Conclusion: I would definitely book with Oli again! I mean come on! Only issue I had was the Florida heat, but they can’t control the weather! LoL!
