Beautifully designer decorated 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home inside the premium Storey Lake Resort Community. Play Planet Pinball in the games area, hideaway in one of the Master King Bed suites, or chill in the outside spa. For those who need to burn off energy rather than conserve it you have the resort gym as well!
Private pool AND Spa with more than enough space for up to 12 to stay in comfort.

These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone / pad areas pool slides, playgrounds and a gym as well as much more!
This home is a short 2 minute drive from the main resort facilities but coming later in 2022 is a second resort area with Pirate Ship Water Park Area – all included in your stay with Shine Villas!
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!
This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The large open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV or dipping in and out of the private pool.
This really is the family home where the heart is the open plan family ‘zone’. You have found YOUR family vacation home – Congratulations!!

Bedroom 5. Upstairs – Queen Bedroom “Meditate” – sleeps 2
Bedroom 6. Downstairs – Master King Bed room “Azure” – Adjacent bathroom – sleeps 2.
All bedrooms have large wall mounted smart TVs with cable TV.
Cable is also available in the main living area and games room.
This home has its own private pool and spa / hot tub (heating is available as an optional paid extra), covered outdoor sitting space with outside dining space.
Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also included.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options and sizes available for the season.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.
Some common questions answered about Storey Lake Resort!
- Are the pools heated year round?
Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!
- What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.
- Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method where applicable, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

It exceeded our expectations!
by PatrickWe had a wonderful family trip thanks to this Oli. The home was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. The kids had a blast using the resort amenities like the splash pad, pool, and game room, giving them plenty to do when we weren't at the parks. We were so happy with how spacious and comfortable the place felt—it exceeded our expectations. The short 20-minute drive to Disney made our daily trips so much easier. We highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Orlando area!

by MaggieI can't say enough about Oli and the space. Oli was always so responsive, polite & friendly to any questions we had, usually answered within an hour at most. As far as the location, it's exactly as it was described. There were 8 of us, ranging from 3 1/2 to 70 and it worked beautifully for all of us!!! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Target, really anything you might need. Disney is very close, Universal is a little drive but only took us 20 mins. We would definitely book again with Oli!!!

by JlThe Airbnb we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, which initially left a great first impression. The open layout and stylish decor definitely made the space feel welcoming and comfortable.
Our experience was slightly dampened by a few issues. We noticed stains on the walls in several areas, which detracted from the otherwise clean and polished aesthetic.
I am assuming that Oli pays a cleaning company and probably doesn't know that things aren't as they should be.
Other than that the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Oil is a good communicator and the checkin and out instructions were very clear!

We were in the month of January and we got very cold ( 6°C ). And I missed American play in the kitchen .
There's Walmart nearby , we had breakfast and dinner in the house. All perfect .

by JulesWould highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. We never felt like we were all on top of each other. So much room! The pool was great to cool down in after park days. Everything was very clean! Great location, quick drive to all the parks and plenty of stores close by. We cooked in the kitchen twice and felt there was plenty of pots/pans and utensils to get the job done. Beautiful home!

We enjoyed the amenities of the home and community and loved the close proximity to the disney parks. Check in was a breeze and we were able to do a late check out for a small fee which was well worth it in my opinion. Oli was extremely responsive before and throughout our stay. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay from start to finish.

We had 8 people staying at the house and no one ever felt like they were in each others way. The upstairs game room was a big hit with the kids!!
