DINING AREAS and KITCHEN

As you enter the home you are greeted by the formal indoor pool table! Kids and parents alike can enjoy a little pool competition in the cool of the AC! Moving further into the home you’ll find dining for 6 in the formal dining room area. As you move into the kitchen, you’ll find additional seating for 6 at the round dinette. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the tools and appliances you may need for a quick snack or a gourmet meal!



LIVING ROOM

The kitchen opens up to the modern living room featuring a Sofa, Love Seat and Sofa Chair. This area seats 6 comfortably. Gather the family around to watch your favorite shows and movies on the large flat screen TV.



GAMES ROOM

The games room features a Foosball table, Ping Pong table and darts! There is also a Pool Table inside the home and an XBOX 360 games console in the upstairs retreat.



UPSTAIRS LOFT - THE RETREAT

Parents and kids love having multiple living spaces to be able to spend time apart relaxing and playing games. The loft features a sectional couch (seats 3 comfortably), a large flat screen TV, a DVD Player, an XBOX 360 and a couple of games. We recommend guests bring their favorite XBOX games with them!



LAUNDRY

There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and plenty of pool towels.



POOL and SPA/HOT TUB

* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40. Pool heat is recommended October - May.

* Pool heat is set to 88 F and the hot tub is set to 100-102 F.

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.

The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.

Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:

* 1 x roll of paper towels

* 1 x dish sponge

* 2 x dishwasher tablets

* 1 x small dish soap

* 1 x trash bag per bin

* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom

* 2 x sachets of laundry soap

* Small hand soaps in each bathroom

* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.
