The King Suite, and Queen Bedrooms are where you can rest after a day at the resort, the parks, or sitting on the balcony enjoying the blissful views overlooking the canals and the resort. A third bedroom has a twin / day bed plus a pull out trundle. Here is where Margaritas are Mandatory.

You will find this Home / Condo-Suite luxuriously furnished by one of Orlando’s top vacation designers to a very high standard. Stone kitchen and all-tile floors except for the plush luxury King Bed Suite and Queen bedrooms – it is decadence as well as Margaritas after all!
Resort Pool and Water Resort / Park, all less than 15 Minutes to Disney's Magic Kingdom.
A short hop to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orange County Convention Center, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Premium Outlets, Restaurants and Dining.
The community pool and facilities are as good as it gets in Orlando, Gym, heated pools, kids splash pad and play areas, heated lazy river and almost anything else you might want in Orlando.
This condo is an ideal base for 1 or 2 couples with children.
A couple's retreat in a premium space. The resort is often used by travelers looking to visit the nearby convention Center whilst having the space and feel of a luxury resort home.
Being on the 2nd floor with elevator access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice. You can walk to either of the resort pools. One is just 30 seconds walk from the building and the second main resort area is a short walk across the resort bridges. BUT if you fancy a bit more Florida fun then the resort Golf Cart Experience is an option for you too – at no charge we can organize for you to be collected form your door and driven to the resort between 9AM and 9PM daily! It’s fun having a chauffeur - Florida style!

Bedroom 2. Queen bed suite with adjacent access to the family bathroom with shower over bathtub. Sleeps 2.

Storey Lake Resort
Storey Lake is the perfect setting for building your family memories.
World class resort amenities and comforts make the perfect retreat from the convenient access to nearby theme parks, shopping, dining and entertainment. Storey Lake’s amenities make it the premier destination in Orlando.
Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter-tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip.

Entrance to Storey lake is secured by gate and guardhouse.
The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse usage (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Are the pools heated year round?
Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!
What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home at any time and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM
ID is required to access the community.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' within 24 hours of placing the booking as well as confirming the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property. A signed rental agreement must be completed before access is granted. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’).
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

by MariaAMAZING… no words to describe the place. Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were nice and clean. Easy to access. The owners were more than expected! We loved our staying there no problems at all. We are looking forward for our next staying. I would always recommend it! Perfect for 6 adults! We had a problem and the owner was there all the time helping us fixing it! ?? Plus beautiful lake view and the amenities…. Woffff beyond pictures! ? THANK YOU OLI!

The condo is beautiful and the balcony with views of the lake was the highlight. If you’re an early riser, watching the sunrise was gorgeous. And the sunset hours were beautiful as well. The area was very convenient. There was supermarkets, restaurants etc. mins away.

Place was super clean!
by JessicaPlace was super clean! We felt right at home. Balcony faced the lake and the resort pools which was a plus to check on crowds. Short 6 mins walk over a bride to get to the clubhouse. Smaller pool was just across the parking lot so that was great as well. All were heated. Publix was right across the street. 15 mins drive to Disney areas and about 20 to universal areas. Foosball table was a fun touch for my kids. Oli was super quick to respond to any questions I had. We would def stay here again!

by Cindy C.Loved this condo! We definitely made use of the fusball table, we had a lot of fun. Exactly as shown on the pictures. We didn’t have time to use playground or pool facilities. The condo itself was perfect and the staff at the security gate was also kind.

by EricaWE LOVED IT HERE! Everything was exactly as described. We could see the water play area from the balcony! There was tons to do on the property as well. Parking was fantastic, never had to worry about finding a spot close to the elevators. Super close to the Disney parks (we were able to make a very last minute decision to catch a fireworks show at Magic Kingdom and it only took about 15 minutes to get there!) and very close to Walmart, Publix, and other shopping areas. Oli was very responsive and kind enough to let my mother check in without myself or husband there (our flights were changed several times). We will 100% be staying at a rental of Oli’s again in the future. Our family absolutely adored this place. I can’t say enough nice things about it. 10/10!

Amazing experience in unexpected circumstances
I want to start by thanking Oli for providing us such a cozy and well-equipped space during our stay. Even though the hurricane surprised us in the middle of the trip, the apartment was our safe and comfortable refuge at all times. We couldn't leave as we had planned, but thanks to the excellent comforts of the place, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The internet was incredibly fast, which made being connected very easy, and the TV in all areas was a relief to keep the family entertained as the hurricane passed.
The apartment is perfect for any kind of situation as it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Undoubtedly, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, modern and well prepared space for any eventuality. Oli has thought of every detail and is noticeable. ¡Thank you for making our stay 5✨.

Check out is also much earlier than other places but Oli was kind to give us an extra hour upon request.

GREAT location
by ChristinaWe absolutely loved our stay here! We were in town for AAU Basketball Nationals at ESPN Wide World of Sports.--It was a GREAT location to easily commute back and forth to the ESPN venue, pretty much a straight shot and very close. It is also very close to Disney Springs and other Disney World attractions, while being able to avoid the roads that are heavily trafficked during rush hour. About 25 mins from the airport, VERY close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, etc.--The condo was SUPER comfortable and VERY clean. We felt right at home immediately and you can tell that care and attention goes into cleaning it after every guest. We had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning during our stay, including bath towels and pool towels. It is a gated community so we felt very safe and it was easy to come and go, as well as have things delivered when needed.--The pool and clubhouse area were amazing and great for the kids! Very clean and my kids loved it!

Convenient to all the amusement parks and shopping. Grandkids enjoyed the included neighborhood waterpark that’s within walking distance. We’ve rented other areas but we like Story Lake condos the best! We will be back!

Very Nice Place to Stay

I loved sitting out on the balcony especially in the morning to watch the sun rise behind a canal of water and see some cute ducks wandering around. The condo was comfortable.
