Princess Bedroom. Full Size/Double Bed plus Twin Bed. Sleeps up to 3. Adjacent bathroom has shower over tub.
Bedroom 4.
Avengers Suite. Full Size Bed and Twin bed in bunk configuration. Additional trundle mattress enables sleeping for up to 4 children. En Suite Bathroom has shower over bath tub.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use, for safety reasons a grill is not available on site at the home and one must be rented if desired.
Also for safety and insurance purposes, personal grills and charcoal grill are not permitted.

**Additionally, the pool and spa in this home can be heated on request - this is recommended during winter, early spring, and during cooler weeks in Summer. Optional pool/spa heat is $35 per night plus tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but the minimum fee is 5 nights ($175) plus tax.
Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Oil was a great host & friendly host. He was very helpful & responsive regarding a minor entry issue. Also, when the internet went out, I was grateful that he spent a few HOURS on the phone (he msgd updates) w/ the internet people to figure out the issue/solution. Pictures are 100%. Only real negative thing was on the resort itself, which I assume he obviously has no control over (older guy worker) at the Tiki bar served my 12 yr old & her 2 best friends-also 12, alcohol when they asked for smoothies. Nothing more, nothing less when they had 1 hr free time. Luckily, they only had 1 drink, but it was 1 drink too many for 3-12 yr olds. It was a lesson to me that even though it was great security, everything needs scrutinized & an extra watchful eye. Either way, no complaints for Oli or his Villa. It was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, & well worth the price! Thank you Oli! We will def check out 1 of your other places if we return.
