Stunning, Top Floor, brand new (July 2021) 2 Bed, 2 bath Condo, overlooking the skyline, canals and waterpark and resort area of Storey Lake Resort



Luxuriously designed furnished to a high standard, this resort home has a stone kitchen and all-tile floors.

Bedrooms:

A luxury King Bed Suite with large walk in shower and walk in wardrobe area

Second bedroom with twin bed over full bunk which sleeps up to 3.

There is a further large bathroom with twin vanities and shower over bath.

TVs in all bedrooms.

Resort Pool and Water Resort / Park, all less than 15 Minutes to Disney's Magic Kingdom.

A short hop to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orange County Convention Center, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Premium Outlets, Restaurants and Dining.



Guests must be aged 25 or older may stay at this condo, of course children younger than this may accompany adults on the trip of a lifetime! Limited exceptions may be made but must be requested prior to booking, otherwise bookings made by primary guests aged over 25 are subject to cancelation without notice.

The community pool and facilities are as good as it gets in Orlando, Gym, heated pools, kids splash pad and play areas, heated lazy river and almost anything else you might want in Orlando.

This condo is an ideal base couples or a family with children.

Retreat to this premium space near to all the parks. Storey Lake resort is often used by travelers looking to visit the nearby convention Center whilst having the space and feel of a luxury resort home .

Being on the 3rd floor with elevator access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice.

Storey Lake is the perfect setting for building your family memories.

Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter-tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip.

Entrance to Storey lake is secured by gate and guardhouse.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:

There are no fees for clubhouse usage (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).

Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Are the pools heated year round?



Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!



What are the pool hours?



The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.



What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?



Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.



Are there activities at the Resort?



Yes and the activities change monthly!



Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?



Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.

What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?



They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.





What time does the Clubhouse open/close?



9 am – 9 pm daily.



What time does the Fitness Center open/close?



5 am – 12 am daily.



The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM



ID is required to access the community.



Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' and Health Declaration, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

This was a great location for everything we did in Central Florida - easy to get to the east and west coasts, the convention center and all the parks - particularly Disney. Lots of stores and eateries close by. The pools were all great but note that they don't allow any outside food or drink at the resort pool. Make sure you have evidence of reservation with dates and address to get in,
The apartment was well equipped and as advertised. But overall the host was proactive and friendly and would return if I were in the area.

Many amenities including an acoustic park typical of the complex meters away! Oli was a wonderful host with very clear instructions for checkin/checkout and responsive when needed. The space and location were absolutely beautiful and our daughter loved having her own room. The resort had an amazing lazy river, pool, and hot tub that you can easily make a whole day out of without having to leave the resort. The location is conveniently located near all of the Disney Parks with many nearby food and grocery stores less than 10 minutes away. This space was great for my family of 4 and we look forward to staying again.

The surroundings: Pretty good location to go to the Parks (15 to 20 minutes). There are also quite a few nearby services, such as: Supermercados, shopping malls, among others.

Immaculate location, uber responsive host, super clean location, with a clubhouse and pool. Very accommodating. Oli was truly a great host and saved the day for us because of a canceled reservation that we had with another property at the last minute. We highly recommend and plan on returning soon.
