Step outside past your private South East facing pool and take a deep breath. This is your very own holiday haven. Sun all day long.
Bedroom Configuration (all on one level)
1. Master En Suite. Direct Access to the large pool deck. Walk in shower and large bathtub with room for 2. Sleeps 2.
2. Queen Bedroom. Sleeps 2.
3. King Bedroom. Sleeps 2.
4. Bunk Bedroom (2 bunk beds – 4 x Twin Beds). Sleeps up to 4. (beds have guard rails – photos were taken before these were installed).
Shared Bathroom with walk large walk in shower and direct in / out access to the private pool deck. .
You have your own private pool and covered outdoor sitting space and lounge chairs.
Fully equipped laundry room and high speed free (of course) wi-fi.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Please note the pool surface is quite aged and as is normal for a plaster pool surface shows marks and stains and some potholes. The pool is intact, safe and clean. It has no leaks but it does look its age and is due to be resurfaced in the next 6-12 months. None of this affects the use of this very large pool but please be aware.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use outside of the screened pool area. Please contact us for latest rental prices from a local supplier.
Pet dogs are considered in this home. Please double check before booking. Fees and Restrictions Apply. Pet fee is usually normally $150 per animal (typically under 30LBs (maximum of 2) for normal length stays. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home are grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.
Important Booking Notes:
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home.
All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' once booked and must confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property. Child names (not ages) are required for entrance into the community and facilities. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’).
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those residing within 20 miles of the property). This supports our no party commitment. However, family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are always welcome!

Loma Lita is located with local access to I94, ChampionsGate downtown and a host of other local stores with Publix and Wallmart Supermarkets nearby.
ChampionsGate Downtown offers a mix of restaurants to choose from. Great places to grab Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Salons and a bakery as well as bars and restaurants as well as 2 world class golf courses available for public access.
