Welcome to Solara Seaside Escape, a luxury family villa in the sought-after Solara Resort. With 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a private pool and spa, a media loft, and themed bedrooms for the kids, this home has been designed to delight every guest — from little adventurers to grown-ups ready to relax.

Ground Floor
King Suite 1 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanities.
Upstairs
King Suite 2 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite with walk-in shower.
King Suite 3 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite with shower over tub.
King Suite 4 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom.
Cinderella Castle Room (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom, whimsical princess theming.
Finding Dory Room (Sleeps 4): Bunk beds with trundles, colorful aquatic theming inspired by Dory and Nemo.
Agrabah Room (Sleeps 2): Inspired by Aladdin and Jasmine, with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
Total Capacity: Sleeps up to 18 guests in beds.
Living Spaces
Main Living Area: Open-plan lounge with comfortable seating, large Smart TV, and direct access to the pool deck.
Media Loft: Spacious upstairs lounge with sectional seating and Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or gaming.
Game Room: Air-conditioned “Heroes Arcade” with foosball, table hockey, gaming stations, and more.
Kitchen and Dining
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range.
Granite countertops and breakfast bar seating.
Large dining table perfect for group meals.
Outdoor Living
Private Pool and Spa: Screened-in with loungers and shaded seating.
The pool and spa can be heated on request and for an additional charge. This is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in Summer. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.
BBQ Rental: Propane grill available for an additional fee, delivered clean and ready. Request in advance, grill not included in standard rental.

Check-In: 4 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM
Minimum Booking Age: 21 years old (young families welcome).
Guests must provide within 24 hours of booking:
Valid photo ID selfie
Names and ages of all adults
Signed rental agreement
Payment card verification if applicable
Occupancy: Limits apply 24 hours a day. No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours after 9 PM.
Pets and Smoking: Not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations follow the published policy at the time of booking. Any eligible refund is processed promptly, minus the non-refundable 3.8 percent merchant processing fee retained by the bank. This ensures transparent and secure handling of all payments.

Location was good, nice gated community.. didn't use pool and hot tub but they were available... Owner is very responsive and available, great communication... Would stay here again in a heartbeat, 7 guys on a golf trip and and could have had up to 10 and still felt spacious

Loved the Themed Rooms!
by Alecia KatesMy family and I visited on vacation. We found the home to be beautiful just as was posted. Very spacious for everyone with adequate access to stores, restaurants and attractions. Youth in our group loved the themed rooms and their privacy after a full day of fun. Adults enjoyed the poolside area after dinner and the wind-down. We will definitely return when visiting Florida again. Thanks so much for making our vacation a memorable one.

This place was worth every penny close to stores and restaurants and literally about 20 minutes from Disney world. House was very spacious and well decorated i love how everybody had they own bathrooms that was a plus with me.
