This home has inclusive access to the Resort Facilities at Championsgate and during 2023 an additional Waterpark within walking distance of this home was openened offering even greater fun for the family. In addition we offer free in resort shuttle service so you can travel without a vehicle and even enjoy an adult beverage without the worry of driving!

Each bedroom has at least 1 Smart TV for guests to use. Star Wars bedroom has 2. Additional Televisions are in the Main Living Area, Loft and Avengers Games room, as well as outside under the lanai. Each of the living area TVs has a cable TV package.

Heated resort pools and world-class facilities compliment your own private pool and heated hot tub at your luxury mansion. You could walk to the first tee from this home to of one of 3 outstanding golf courses in Champions Gate.
Just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World theme parks, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, even beaches are just an hour’s drive away. Luxuriously appointed, sumptuously furnished and exceptionally well situated Champions Gate ’ offers year-round first class resort amenities at The Oasis Club to give guests of this home, at no extra cost, and guests a vacation of a lifetime. There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness center. In addition to all this there’s also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for those ‘in-between-parks-days’ when you just want to relax, unwind and take it nice ‘n’ easy.
A reminder - No resort fees with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort pools and lazy river.

Linens included of course, as are towels. Starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer in a self-catering paradise.
Large Washer and Dryer available in the home for guest use.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
**Additionally, the pool and spa in this home can be heated on request - this is recommended during winter, early spring, and during cooler weeks in Summer. Optional pool/spa heat is $35 per night plus tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but the minimum fee is 5 nights ($175) plus tax.
Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing resort family home. Groups for parties or those largely consisting of those under 25s are not able to rent this home. Guests are required to confirm acceptance of the house rules / rental agreement and provide ID in the form of a Selfie prior to access being provided.

Important Information.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and any guests aged over 14 staying or visiting the home must be named on the rental agreement.

Spacious and Big!
by Regina WThe entire home is spacious and big. We had a couples retreat of 5 couples and we all enjoyed the pool, the kitchen, the pin ball machine and we watched college football games and had a blasts. You will not be disappointed if vacationing at this home beautiful and spacious.
