Bedroom 1 (Spacious King Bedroom): King bed, dresser, ceiling fan and Smart TV. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2 (Luxe Queen Bedroom): Queen bed with plush red bedding, bedside lamps. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3 (Mickey Magic Bedroom): Disney‑themed twin room with colourful décor. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 4 (Hogwarts Haven Bedroom): Wizard‑themed twin room with starry bedding. Sleeps 2.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with modern vanities, bright lighting and combination tub/shower.
Entertainment Spaces
Living Area: Open‑plan living room with sectional sofa, armchairs, ceiling fan and large flat‑screen TV.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and breakfast bar.
Dining Areas: Formal dining table for six plus a sunlit breakfast nook.
Game Room: Enjoy a pool table and air hockey table—perfect for family tournaments.
Outdoor Living / Pool Area
Step outside to your screened private pool with spacious deck and covered lanai. Enjoy lounging in the Florida sunshine or dining al fresco.
Pool heat is available for $35 per day plus tax (5‑day minimum). The spa heats to 100–102 °F when pool heat is purchased. Request at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a $40 activation fee. Pool heat is recommended October through April.
A BBQ grill can be delivered for your stay: 2‑burner, please contact us for latest rental prices. (includes propane). Grills are delivered clean, safe and ready to use and removed after stay.

Cancellations follow the published policy at the time of booking. All refunds are processed minus a 3.8% non‑refundable merchant processing fee charged by the bank. This ensures transparent and secure handling of all payments.
