No huge crowds here. The facilities you need to be active if you want basketball/volleyball/gym, even a soccer court with goals) or relax if you need (zero entry pool, loungers and hot tub). This family-friendly resort sits nestled just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, Florida, and is one of the most desired resorts in the area.


The home itself features a king master suite and 2 further bedrooms and will comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

All bedrooms have TVs and an open plan living area is a place to cook (or eat takeout!) and gather at the end of a day at the parks or around the pool. West Lucaya Village Resort is an upscale gated community located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World. This family-friendly resort sits nestled just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, Florida, and is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the rental agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.

ID is required to access the community and primary renters must be 25 older. Families and Children of all ages are Welcome at this family resort.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing an e-signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’).

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

Our group, consisting of 8 people, had the opportunity to enjoy a great stay. Oli always proved to be present to remove any questions the group had. The house exceeded our expectations, making the moments lived there very welcoming. The location of the house is excellent, close to several services such as department stores, gas stations, restaurants. Tidy rooms, linens and towels in great condition, kitchen running at full steam.
For these and other reasons, Oli and his house has my indication for any group that wants to enjoy good times in Orlando.
