Sitting Room
When you enter the home, you are greeted by the quiet, open oasis of the Sitting Room. There are two large sofas - perfect for lounging, playing games and hanging out! Moving through the sitting room youâll find the first of many dining areas: a round dining table for four.
Dining Areas and Kitchen
Moving past the Sitting Room youâll find the large, open kitchen! You may enter the kitchen through the main hallway or through the butlerâs kitchen. There is a large, square dining table for eight off the kitchen as well as kitchen counter bar style seating for four! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal or a quick snack - just add groceries!
Living Room
The kitchen leads into the main living room which features a large, leather sectional couch. The sectional seats six people comfortably. There is also a 65â flat screen TV and a DVD player.
Games Room
Games area in the Garage area , perfect for 'sending' the kids (young and old!), away to get some peace and quiet!
Laundry
There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels.
Pool and Spa / Hot Tub

The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40. Pool heat is recommended October - May.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F and the hot tub is set to 100-102 F.
* Pool heat timer runs from 7am - 11pm.
* The Spa will be heated to 100-102 degrees Fahrenheit with "Pool Heat" purchased.
* Pool Heat runs from 7am to 11pm.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
Upon Booking, guests are required to provide / complete:
Identification in the form of Driverâs License or similar
ID selfie
The names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property
Signed rental agreement
We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival whichever is sooner. Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to be cancelled without further notice or refund. Primary guest / purchasing cardholder will be required to verify payment method.
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home. Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. Selfie ID is required to rent this home.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

Host communicated very well and even the lady at the gate was very kind. Overall our stay went really well but, there are a few things I would have liked but didn’t affect my stay.

by ChristianFirst of all, I was skeptical for some reviews, but they could not being so wrong, the house was spotless, way bigger than it shows, the pictures don’t do justice for the beautiful home that it was, Olí was super available when we have doubts, has everything you need and a little more, the beds were super comfy and nothing like getting home after 10-15 mile walks and relax in the big bathtubs and getting a massage in the massage chair, the house had all the amenities that were listed and the variety of dish ware made our stay super convenient, the only complain could be that to entrance to the private sometimes security is slow to open the gates but has nothing to do with the house, the pool is way bigger than it shows, has a lot of furniture to relax, we spend 2 whole days enjoying all the amenities, the pool, pool table, poker table, the big living room, anyways if you have any doubts about reserving it, don’t, I’ll 100% come back.
