You have your own private pool and covered outdoor sitting space and seating.
Fully equipped laundry room and high speed free (of course) wi-fi.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use outside of the screened pool area. Please contact us for latest rental prices from a local supplier.
Pet dogs are considered in this home. Please double check before booking. Fees and Restrictions Apply. Pet fee is usually normally $150 per animal (typically under 30LBs (maximum of 2) for stays under 15 days. Enquire for longer stays. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home are grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.
Important Booking Notes:
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home.
All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' once booked. Booker must confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, we reserve the right to request ID of all occupants. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’).
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those residing within 35 miles of the property). This supports our no party commitment. However, family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are always welcome!
