This beautiful property comfortably provides accommodation for up to 18 guests (including children) in Kissimmee Orlando and is in the Stunning Solara Resort – one of the newest and most in demand resorts in Orlando. Heated resort pools and world-class facilities compliment your own private pool and spa at your luxury mansion.
Driveway parking and street parking in allocated spaces and parking is complimentary.
Downstairs you have open plan living, with kitchen seating and a large dining table. Plenty of seating and a couch with the main living area television.
The living area has direct access via sliding doors to the pool area and outdoor dining area. Spa, outdoor chairs, and loungers give our guests the flexibility to relax in the premium plot home, eat or sit wherever you feel most comfortable.
No Resort Fees with Shine Villas ever. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is No Charge access to the Club House, resort, Cabanas and amenities. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers. Children’s splash zone / pad area and a gym as well!
Other than food and drink at the restaurant (which is yummy and fairly priced – tip, the resort Cheeseburgers are the best!) and bar and the Flo Rider Surf Simulator, access to all facilities are included in your nightly rate – no resort fees here! Just take along a towel or two from the stock in the home, and you are set to go!

The converted garage has an array of family fun options, including Basketball, Foosball, Shoot-em-up style Terminator game racers as well as a Pacman Arcade Table game.
Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer and large open kitchen, is a self-catering paradise.

Other items to note:
You can also enjoy alfresco dining with the view of the pool and the greenery of the surroundings or simply lounge by the pool at an enclosed back patio.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in Summer. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub. Achieved temperatures can vary, for more information please feel free to contact us.
The pool heating is $35 a day plus tax with a minimum charge of $175 plus taxes today for up to 5 nights.
Where pool heat is booked within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

Absolutely Amazing!

This Home Has IT ALL!! Cannot say enough great things about this home... pool and hot tub was the perfect temp with some added pool toys! 8 bedrooms was plenty big for our stay with our 2 families and the themed rooms were super entertaining to the kids! Kids loved the garage as it is set up as an arcade with games, basketball and foosball table! There are multiple glow strips throughout the home in the rooms that are fun to control and adjust to your favorite colors. Loved the free access to a resort style pool with kids splash area and kids entertainment throughout our stay. Clubhouse within walking distance where we were able to enjoy a fitness facility, kids playground, happy hour at the bar, dinner and ice cream! Perfect location to go to Disney or take a drive to the ocean! Kitchen was well stocked and also a grill provided. The owners thought of everything! Board games, pool towels, and even a wagon for the walks around the neighborhood! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!
