We care for this luxury home from home on behalf of wonderful friends of ours. The beachy vibe, combined with the larger than typical pool for this home size, spa and large living and TV spaces ensures this is the perfect spot for a getaway with family and friends.
Located on the exclusive, gated resort of Solterra includes a private pool and spa (hot tub if you choose heating), fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer & dryer,
Chill out by the pool and spa or relax with a movie in the loft space. Enough space to sleep 10 people, this home has something for everyone.

Open plan living area (downstairs) and upstairs loft area.

All bedrooms and both living / lounge areas have smart televisions and lounge areas. 2 Rooms have cable TV.

Downstairs (floor 1)
1. Beachvibes
King Bedroom Suite with attached bathroom, large walk in shower dual sinks and garden tub. Direct access to pool and spa deck. Walk in closet. Sleeps 2.
Upstairs (floor 2)
Large loft area with desk space and TV – this is a great hangout space.
2. Coral
King Bedroom Suite with attached bathroom with large walk-in shower and garden tub, Dual sinks. Walk in closet. Sleeps 2.
3. Princess Kat
Twin bedroom with 2 x twin beds. Adjacent Family Bathroom off lounge area. Sleeps 4. ‘Sandytoes’.
4. Sandytoes
Queen Bedroom suite with en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom shared with bedroom 5. Sleeps 2.
5. Koopa Castle
Bunk room suite with 2 x twin beds in bunk configuration with en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom shared with bedroom 4. Sleeps 2.
Private Pool, Spa (hot tub*) and Sun Deck outside.
Optional pool heat is available for $40/day plus tax. The minimum charge is $200 which includes up to 5 days of heating, add $40 plus tax for additional days after 5. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no additional activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an additional activation fee may apply to enable a technician to attend to turn the system on.
Pool heating is required if you wish to have the spa heated in order to operate as a hot tub.
A serviced and safe rental BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered to the home for your use during the stay. Please ask for more information about grill size options and charges. A grill is not included with the stay.
RESORT AMENITIES
***SOLTERRA RESORT TEMPORARY AMENITY UPDATE – FALL 2026***
Solterra Resort has announced scheduled refurbishment works to its community aquatic facilities. The community Lazy River is scheduled to close from September 8, 2026, with the resort pool and hot tub scheduled to close from September 22, 2026. The current schedule anticipates reopening at approximately December 14, 2026, subject to completion of the works, inspections and approvals.
The private pool at this home is completely unaffected.
The resort has advised that Café Sol, the fitness centre, sports courts and clubhouse services will remain available during the works, although there may be some construction activity around the clubhouse area.
The existing optional Solterra resort access charge is currently understood to remain applicable. We will update this information if the resort advises otherwise.
If use of the community aquatic facilities is particularly important to your stay, please contact us before booking.
*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.
Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

The home has WIFI internet throughout & private on drive parking
Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise. For the first night we supply toilet paper and resort style shampoo / soap, washing liquid and kitchen paper. The nearest grocery store is 5 minutes away to help you restock for the rest of your stay.
Additional details about your vacation home-from-home:
Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large gas range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
You can also enjoy alfresco dining with the view of the pool or lounge by the pool under the shaded lanai.
Please note, as is common in vacation rentals, the garage is not available for guest use but there is ample driveway parking and the resort has allocated street parking spaces and permits can be obtained at the security entrance gate.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ID selfie, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Verification of payment card is also required where applicable. Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to be cancelled without further notice.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home. Our 25 years or older primary guest policy supports our no party and ‘good neighbor’ policies. We do welcome everyone where we can and family groups of all ages 0 -110. are always extremely welcome. Those with local addresses within 25 miles of this address may also find additional checks associated with their reservation and last minute reservtion from local addresses are not permitted in support of out good neighbour and no party policies.

The resort was nice!
by Jill AndraszekThe resort was nice. The cabanas were a nice offering, but a little pricey for what they were. The pool closed at a decent time but the slide and lazy river closed really early. We would stay again though!
