Each bedroom has a Smart TV for guests to use. Additional cinematic widescreen TV in the Main Living Area. , Loft and Avengers Games room, each of the TVs also has smart functionality for logging in to your favorite streaming apps.

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 21 and over and their young families in this super resort home. Groups for parties or those largely consisting of those under 21s are not able to rent this home. Guests are required to confirm acceptance of the house rules / rental agreement and provide ID in the form of a Selfie prior to access being provided.
Just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World theme parks, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, even beaches are just an hour’s drive away. Luxuriously appointed, sumptuously furnished and exceptionally well situated Champions Gate ’ offers year-round first class resort amenities at The Oasis Club to give guests of this home, inclusive in your daily rate, a vacation of a lifetime. There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness center. In addition to all this there’s also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats as well as a large supermarket just a mile or so away. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for those ‘in-between-parks-days’ (or golf!) when you just want to relax, unwind and take it nice ‘n’ easy.
No resort fees with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort pools and lazy river.

Important Information.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and any guests aged over 14 staying or visiting the home must be named on the rental agreement.
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year olds or those from the local vicinity) this is part of the HOA and our commitment to no parties or events. However, family groups with Children aged 0 -110 are always welcome!
