Dining Areas and Kitchen
Gather around this large, beautiful dining table (seats 8) and make meals and memories to last a lifetime! You will appreciate the open concept design of this home as you’re easily serving up delicious meals to your friends and family at the kitchen island as well as the formal dining room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a plethora of small kitchen appliances, cookware, and more!
Living Room
The downstairs living room features two large couches that seat 6 comfortably. There is a large, 55” flat screen TV with a Roku device.
Games Room
The kid’s (and men’s) favorite room: the Game Room! This Game Room features a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball table and darts!
Upstairs Loft
Oh, the loft! This room features a not only beautiful, but comfortable, sectional couch! The loft is truly a retreat for a single or couple to relax while part of the group is away or in another part of the house. 50” flat screen TV. This TV is also set up with a Roku device.
Laundry
There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels.
Pool Heat (Optional): $35/day plus tax (5-day minimum). Request 48 hours prior to avoid additional fee. Recommended October-May.

Please note Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.
Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 + and of course their young families in this family home. Now is a great time to relax in a beautifully clean, private vacation home in the sun and with access to your own private crystal clear swimming pool. Large groups of those close to or under 25 are not usually permitted.

by CarysThe place was even better than expected! Oli was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The place itself was lovely with the resort exceeding expectations. Picking up the pass for the car to be let in through the gate was incredibly easy and hassle free. If I was visiting the area again I would definitely rebook this villa!

by AliceWe really enjoyed our stay at Oli’s home. The estate and resort facilities were great, we used them so much more than we thought we would. The location was great, close by car to local amenities, shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Disney parks. The house itself was really clean, just as seen on photos and there was plenty kitchen utensils to use. Check in and out was super easy and communication with the host was great. Great price too! Thanks for helping us have a great holiday in Florida, Oli!

by AshleyOverall this place was amazing and Oli was a great host! The master suite on the first level was perfect for my elderly parents to avoid stairs. We had the pool heated and were able to enjoy it every day even when the sun wasn’t shining- best pool heat ever! Kids loved the loft after upstairs. We loved that this house had so many bedrooms withOUT bunk beds. Usually a house that big has bunk beds which we didn’t want. So this was the perfect space for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Hot tub would have been great if we were at the house more during the days!
Again, not deal breakers just something to be aware of! Oli was great at communicating and got back to me within an hour each time I sent a message.
