Located in the perfect area to reach all of your Orlando vacation destinations, escape to the Solterra Resort. Offering guests over 4 acres of fun, including a resort swimming pool with slide, tennis courts, poolside cabanas and restaurant, and community activities, you won’t have to go far for family time. Relax and enjoy yourself in a beautifully furnished vacation home with enough space for the entire family.
*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center is a one time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+-50 for the entire stay. This is paid on site to the resort itself, and is good from day one until you leave, enabling unrestricted use of the resort pool and facilities.
The charge is applied by the resort on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort where a group wishes to use the resort area.
Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, games room and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!
Only 20 minutes away from most major Orlando attractions, this home is located in the perfect area to reach the fun-filled destinations of the rest of your vacation. If you’ve checked everything off your Orlando vacation list, you’ll still have plenty to do at the Solterra Resort, including:

If you choose the on site recort access charge ($30-$50 paid on site), you'll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort, and amenities. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers and a lazy river as well as heater jacuzzi and fully equipped gym in the resort.

Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
The garage loft area is set up with a large TV and a PacMan and Tempest Arcade machines as a great kids (or big kids!) area, so there really is something for all the family. Ping Pong and Foosball in the Garage Game zone as well – and that is before you hit the resort center which takes things to a whole new level.
Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large gas range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
You can also enjoy outdoor dining with the view of the pool and green surrounding or lounge by the pool at an enclosed back patio.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, and early spring.
Pool heating is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night (plus tax). If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
Pool heating should always be booked prior to arrival to avoid the need for a possible activation charge

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

We had the pleasure of staying at this house during spring break, house was clean upon arrival very accurate of what is in pictures. Close enough to parks and other attractions. Either beach is about 1.5-2 hrs depending on traffic. Pool was great once it got heated given we went during a cooler time so that was essential. Beds and pillows were all comfy house was well equipped with useful equipment, dishes. Thanks !

The facilities on offer made it a home from home and more. The Pacman video game was a great hit, as was the games area, where we were able to arrange a family tournament involving table tennis & foosball for the adults and older grandchildren after spending the days at the Theme parks.
The pool area provided a welcoming relaxation opportunity as well as an opportunity to top up the tan. The location of the Solterra resort was ideal, with a short drive to the food shopping outlets and easy access to the main routes to the Disney & Universal theme parks. Because of the size of our party, we had rented 2x cars and there was plenty of space on the drive to accommodate both cars
Oli and team were perfect hosts providing us with advice and support when needed, resulting in a stress free vacation.
