The Home

Welcome to Sunset Corner Retreat, a spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home with its own private pool and spa, located in an exclusive gated community near Disney. Perfect for families, golfers, and groups who want space to spread out, this home has two living areas, a games room, a dining area, a breakfast nook, and a large upstairs landing that creates the central heart of the home.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All bedrooms are upstairs, each with a Smart TV ready for streaming.

Bedroom 1 – King Master Suite (Sleeps 2): Ensuite with walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanities.

Bedroom 2 – King Master Suite (Sleeps 2): Ensuite with walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanities.

Bedroom 3 – Queen Bedroom (Sleeps 2): Direct access to a family bathroom with shower over tub.

Bedroom 4 – Queen Bedroom (Sleeps 2): Direct access to a second family bathroom with shower over tub.

Bedroom 5 – Twin Room (Sleeps 2): Two twin beds, shared access to hall bathroom.

Bedroom 6 – Twin Room (Sleeps 2): Two twin beds, shared access to hall bathroom.

Bathrooms: Two master ensuites, two shared family bathrooms upstairs, plus one full bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs.

Living Spaces

Main Lounge: Open-plan living with comfortable seating, large Smart TV, and direct pool access.

Second Lounge: Additional living area upstairs for groups to spread out.

Games Room: Foosball and pool table in the converted garage, fun for all ages.

Dining Areas: Formal dining table plus a breakfast nook.

Laundry: Large washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Outdoor Living

Private South-Facing Pool and Spa: Screened-in, with plenty of chairs, loungers, and outdoor dining table.

Optional Pool Heat: Available for $35 per day, minimum 5 days ($175 plus tax). Must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a $40 activation fee. Spa is heated with pool when purchased.

BBQ Rental: A propane grill can be delivered clean and ready for an additional fee (not included in standard rental).

Guest Requirements and Booking

Check-In: 4 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM

Minimum Booking Age: 21 years old (families welcome).

Guests must provide within 24 hours of booking:

Valid ID selfie

Names and ages of all adult guests

Signed rental agreement

Payment card verification if required

Occupancy: Limits apply 24 hours a day. No parties or events. Quiet hours after 9 PM.
Smoking and Pets: Not permitted (unless expressly agreed; fees and restrictions apply).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the published policy at the time of booking. Any refund is processed promptly, minus the non-refundable 3.8% merchant processing fee retained by the bank.

We had a great stay at Oli’s home! The space was spacious and family-friendly, with fun touches like the themed bedrooms that the kids especially loved. The pool area was a highlight, it was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The location was also super convenient for everything we wanted to do in the area especially getting to and from Disney. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. Thank you for hosting us & we look forward to returning in the future!

I will start by saying that the host themselves is extremely friendly and responsive. Not a bad stay at all!
The house is good but needs some maintenance. Very spacious and the pool is nice. I would stay again as long as the place is throughly cleaned before the stay.
