We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

This 5 bedroom resort home on the Premium, gated resort of Solterra includes a private pool and spa, fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and free access to The Solterra Clubhouse, resort pool, lazy river and water slide.
Chill out by the pool, soak in the spa or lay back with a movie. Enough space to sleep 12 people in style, this home has something for everyone!

TVs in all rooms. Large loft area with large screen TV and ‘mega couch’ – away from the main living area – Kids heaven / gaming zone?!

Bunk Suite 3. ‘Happy Friends’. Twin Bunk over Full Size Bed with additional Trundle bed beneath. Shared direct access bath with shower over bathtub. Sleeps up to 4.
Twin Bedroom. ‘The Princess Diaries’. 2 x Twin Beds with adjacent bathroom outside enjoying shower over tub. Sleeps 2.
The home has the benefit of a Ping Pong Table / Games Area in the Garage.

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.
Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

Solterra Resort is one of the premiere Vacation Rental Communities in Orlando and for good reason. Water slide, hot tub pizza parlor and an amazing jungle lazy river are all available for our guests.

Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large gas range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
You can also enjoy alfresco dining with the view of the pool and spa by the pool at an enclosed back patio/lanai
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
The pool in this home can be heated on request - this is recommended during winter, and early spring.
The pool and spa/hot tub in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40. Spa and pool are interconnected until spa jets are activated and then spa will heat (when optional pool heat is purchased) – set to up to 104 degrees.
Pool heating should always be booked prior to arrival.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice.
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.
