The home overlooks multiple fairways of the golf course, with an uninterrupted west view all the way down to a forest / conservation area. Enjoy spectacular sunsets every day over this stunning vista.
Right away you walk into the welcome ‘zone’. TV and Gaming Lounge / Social Area with Mortal Combat Arcade Machine, TV, Air hockey dray VW Camper Bar – with working headlights!

Floor 2 (Upstairs)
3. ‘The View’ Grand King Bed Master Suite. King bed in large suite setup with seating area, incredible views and a large bathroom with walk in shower and ‘garden tub’ with room for more than 1!. Sleeps 2.
4. ‘Queen View’ Queen Bedroom with stunning views, walk in wardrobe and adjacent bathroom. Sleeps 2.
5. ‘Queens Rest’ Large Queen bed Bedroom with direct ‘en suite’ access to Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 6. Sleeps 2.
6. ‘Eagle’ Twin Bedroom with direct ‘en suite’ access to Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 5. Sleeps 2.
At the home's entry, there's a TV/gaming lounge, and family room with 65" HDTV and very large sectional, brand new in 2022. The home has two twin bedrooms; two queen bedrooms; a first floor king bed suite with its own door to the pool deck; and a master king bed suite on the second floor, with large walk-in closet, oversize tub and walk-in shower. All have HDTVs. 5G and 2G WiFi throughout. The home was just painted.
* ALL towels and hair dryers are provided

Whether you are on a family vacation visiting the theme parks, or are simply looking to play golf, swim and relax, this really is the perfect setting.
POOL HEAT
* The pool can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F when paid for and activated.
* The actual water temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed. An achieved temperature of a maximum of 15 to 20 degrees above the ambient temperature is typical for the pool when pool heat is activated. When temperatures are particularly cool, pools may not feel warm even with heating working correctly.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 10-12 hours each day and will turn off overnight.
POOL HEAT OPTIONAL EXTRA PRICING
* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.
* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Where requested closer to arrival, an activation may apply.
* Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7 night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.

Location
Highlands Reserve is set amid beautiful, tall pine trees and rolling countryside. In addition to the superb championship golf course, the community welcomes you to its golf clubhouse, children's playground, tennis court and community pool.
Conveniently next to the community is a shopping area with a large Publix supermarket, many stores, excellent restaurants, bars, banks, and medical offices.
Disney World, and other theme parks are just minutes away. Nearby Interstate 4 provides quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the west coast, the space (east) coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, or the many attractions of Metro Orlando, including Universal Studios, Sea World, and Science Museum.
Nearby Lakeland offers Legoland, pro basketball, Art museum, wilderness hikes and many other options in a lovely small city environment.
Stroll through quaint shopping towns nearby, including Mt. Dora, Winter Garden, downtown Clermont (with its marvelous winery, Lakeridge) and many others.
Upon arrival, you will find an initial standard startup of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 5 minutes (Publix Supermarket)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. Submission of a selfie ID is required to rent this home.
