We welcome seasoned bookers/travelers aged over 25 and their young families (age 0-120!) in this family home. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day.
South Facing Pool, Spa (can be heated), lake view.
Relaxing and in the middle of all the fun! Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, golfing, and relaxing! You can lay at the south facing pool while watching the sun set over the lake. You can shop at the markets and outlets, go to wonderful restaurants, go see the sights, or even go to the beach.
After a long day of doing whatever you want, come home to a relaxing home.
This fully stocked family home offers over 2500 square ft of fully air-conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 5 large double bedrooms including 3 master suites, all with flat screen TVs, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a pool and spa which is fully screened and has poolside shower for your convenience. For your entertainment there is a fully air-conditioned games room. The pool and spa can be heated if required for an additional fee.
The pool is even south facing - what more could you need.
Bedroom Configuration.
Downstairs (floor 1).
1. Queen Bedroom Suite with direct pool access. Private Bathroom.
2. Queen Bedroom Suite. Private Bathroom.
Upstairs (floor2).
3. King Master Suite. Large Private Bathroom and ‘Garden’ (large enough for more than 1!), Tub and Walk in Shower.
4. Twin Bedroom – 2 x Twin Beds
5. Twin Bedroom – 2 x Twin Beds
Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom in between the 2 rooms.
**Pool Heat**
Optional pool heat and spa/ hot tub is $35 per night plus tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but the minimum fee is 5 nights ($175) plus tax.
Grill
A serviced grill with a full tank of propane may be rented from our local rental partner. Contact us for more information on sizes available.
Guest access
Disney, universal studios, sea world, Lego land, Celebrations, water parks, and golfing are all less than 10 minutes away!
Other things to note
The villa has many facilities and equipment to attend to all your likely holiday needs including a home cinema with blue ray films, 55-inch Samsung Smart LED/LCD HD TV, and a Playstation 3 (bring own games or 'PlayStation online loggin') in the family room.
For keen golfers, the villa is ideally situated for access to many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)
All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.
