Floor 1. Downstairs
Bedroom 1. King Bed Suite with private bathroom, large walking closet and walk in shower. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2. King Bed Suite with private bathroom and walk in shower. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3. Queen Bed Suite with Shower over bathtub. Sleeps 2.
Floor 2. Upstairs
Bedroom 4. King Mother Suite – King Bed with wooden Crib Available. Private bathroom with Shower over bath. ‘Frozen’ Suite with shower over bathtub. (please bring your own crib/baby sheets). Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 5. Peter Pan Suite. 4 x Twin Beds in 2 x Bunk Configuration. Private Bathroom with Shower over bath. Sleeps 4.
Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Coffee machine and most things you might need to cook up a feast after a day of activity.
A Large Washer and Drier are yours to use to fluff up those pool towels in between dips into the spa (which can be heated to hot tub levels for fee).
You can also enjoy dining with the view of the pool and surroundings or lounge by the pool under the shaded back patio/lanai.
Games Room. Various Games To Choose from. Please note that with so many arcade machines on display, on occasion one or 2 may be awaiting service so whilst there will always multiple available, please bear this in mind.
The Cinema Area is so much fun, with banks of reclining cinema style seating! A couple of the chairs to show signs of wear (and are in the process of having the leather recovered), so it will be a race for first dibs on the newest of the chairs first as some have been recovered whilst the others wait!
Linens, towels, and starter bathroom amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1 as these are not intended to last for your stay.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use (outside of the pool screen for safety) for an additional charge. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in Summer although on the coolest of days/nights, pool heating performance can be affected as pumps run during the daytime. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.
The pool heating for $35 a day plus tax with a minimum charge of $175 for under 5 nights.
Where pool heat is booked within 24hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no additional activation fee beyond the daily charge. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply to enable attendance of a technician to turn the system on.

This home is in a 24/7 guarded and gated community- 5 minutes to highway 192 with plenty of restaurants, stores, Super Walmart and activities.
The community amenities are meticulously maintained and include a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, new waterslides, amazing splash pad, heated zero-entry pool,
heated spa, movie theater, arcade, fitness room, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, walking trails and putting greens.
We use a vendor that delivers (directly to the house before check in) full size cribs, full size single and double strollers, and BBQ Grills and additional items at a cost.

Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and Water Park
Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool sparkling with 140,000 gallons of clear blue water! The kids will love the huge, colorful water park! The large, 10 person hot tub is the perfect place to relax!
