No detail left to chance, this home has tinted windows, retractable privacy screens around the pool perimeter and even escape rooms for the family to enjoy together.

Each bedroom is a Suite with a full-sized private bathroom with shower over bath or where specified, large walk-in shower.
Every bedroom room has a large TV mounted in the room. In fact, this home has 23 television / screen sets!

The heart of Escapist’s Oasis isn’t complete without a fully equipped high-end kitchen including two dishwashers and two refrigerators, a large dining area, and a sitting area with a 200 inch 4k projector to match.
The sky is the limit, but also a destination, when you leave planet earth and enter the Star Wars Media Room with bespoke cinema seating inside your very own Millennium Falcon.
Make your way outside to the beautiful covered private pool with hot tub along with a fully stocked towel cabinet. The spa area also features power blinds for privacy, 4K television, wet bar with 2 wine refrigerators, and easy access to powder room. All of our windows are tinted for privacy.

Back home and you will find the upstairs gaming area has an abundance of options to keep those of all ages entertained.
Light sensitive lighting pops and jumps as you play on one of the arcade gaming setups. You also have a choice to bring your owner games and use of X Box, PS4 or a pre loaded retro gaming system in each of the 3 escape rooms.
All bedrooms have Large Smart TVs for use with Spectrum Streaming Options, free to air streaming services or you can login to your own streaming accounts!
Private Pool and Hot Tub
This home has its own private pool and spa / hot tub. Pool heating is available as an optional paid extra although spa heat is always included (simply activate the jets to allow the spa to heat)*
This home has 2 Fully equipped laundry areas, each with full sized washer and drier.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock one of the 2 large Fridge Freezers in this self-catering paradise.
*Optional pool heat is available for an initial $175 plus tax which includes up to the first 5 days of heating plus $35 per day plus tax for additional days after this. Once activated pool heat must be paid for the entire stay. Because of the nature of pool heating and sensitive equipment, on occasion hot tub heat might be temporarily unavailable. If the system is found not to be working for 24 hours or more, then a credit of no more than $15 per day will be given against this free service. Or in the event pool heating was paid for and was not working then up to $35 plus tax per 24 hours (the amount paid). Pool heating efficiency can vary significantly according to the ambient temperature and so please remember a heated pool will never feel ‘hot’ to enter. Refunds aren’t available where heat is impacted by cold temperatures. Contact us for more information if you would like to know more on how this works!
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use, please ask for more information about grill options. Charcoal and personal grills are not allowed for insurance / safety purposes.

We operate a strict no party policy as a part of our commitment to the community.
The occupancy limit of 36 for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' prior to checking. Confirmation is required of the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, and verification of payment method where applicable is required, the primary booker must be in possession of the payment card used for booking. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those who reside in the local vicinity) this is part of the HOA and our commitment to no parties or events. Family groups with Children aged 0 -110 are always welcome!
